Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles

A graduate of the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University, Dr. Lewis Satloff works as a staff anesthesiologist with McAllen Anesthesia Associates. As part of his extensive medical training, Dr. Lewis Satloff completed a one-year fellowship in advanced pediatric anesthesiology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

The largest pediatric hospital west of the Mississippi River, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles offers more than 350 pediatric specialty programs and services. The one-year Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, accredited with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, provides specific training for leaders in the field of pediatric anesthesiology.

The fellowship program offers clinical experience in all surgical specialties, including pediatric organ transplantation, as well as the opportunity to administer anesthesia for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Additionally, fellows gain experience as consultants for the hospital’s Comfort and Pain Management Program, which provides care for children with acute pain and chronic pain.
